Arts, Culture & Nonprofit

Platforms for arts organizations that have more history, and more operations, than a template can hold.

We build the public site and the operating system behind it: grant archives, benefit exhibitions, ticketing, CRM, exhibitor portals, and stores for one-of-a-kind work. Design partners often lead the visual language (Team on FCA; Slant Partners provided direction on Dallas Art Fair). We engineer the product and stay on it. FCA since 2021. Dallas Art Fair since 2016.

Who This Is For

Arts organizations whose site is also the back office

  1. 01

    Artist-founded nonprofits

Decades of grant history that must stay searchable, not buried in PDFs.

  2. 02

    Art fairs

Tickets, collectors, and 90+ galleries that need a year-round login.

  3. 03

    Cultural orgs with unique inventory

The store is donated or one-of-a-kind work, not a SKU grid.

  4. 04

    Small in-house teams

Staff who will edit the CMS themselves after launch.

Honest limit

Published proof is arts and culture (FCA, Dallas Art Fair). We do not claim hospitals, universities, or “all nonprofits.”

Problems Brochure Sites Ignore

Archives, stores, tickets, and a staff that owns day two

Archives that have to be findable

  • FCA: 1,100+ Prismic pages; 60+ years; 8,000+ grants; filter by program, discipline, and year; $31.5M+ in grants supported by the platform; 400–600K annual visitors.

The site is also the store and the back office

  • FCA: Stripe store for donated works (paintings, sculpture, photography, prints, posters, video). After launch: promo codes, shipping, order workflows, reporting. The operating system for an active arts retail program.

Ticketing, CRM, and exhibitor self-service

Dallas Art Fair is public marketing plus online ticketing plus a custom CRM plus a separate Exhibitor Portal.

  • 90+ galleries manage accounts, profiles, and online viewing rooms year-round.
  • 225K+ annual visitors. 9+ year partnership.
  • Portal stack: TanStack Router/Query, React, TypeScript, Vite, MSSQL + Firebase.

Photography and motion without killing performance

  • FCA: carousels, slideshows, high-res galleries; mobile-performant; screen-reader accessible.

A small staff owns day-two publishing

  • Slice-based Prismic: FCA’s 2026 Benefit Exhibition assembled without engineering.
  • Dallas Art Fair exhibitors update their own presence so the fair team is not the bottleneck.

How We Work

How we work with arts and nonprofit teams

Often a three-way: their design partner, their small staff, us. Same model as the FCA and Dallas Art Fair case studies.

Grants, recipients, exhibitions, exhibitors, ticket types, then the public templates.

If the org sells art or tickets, that is not a plugin we bolt on later.

Team led visual language on FCA. Slant Partners provided direction on Dallas Art Fair. Engineering, CMS, and commerce is the SI role.

Not a launch-and-leave. FCA’s codebase aged into a living product. Dallas Art Fair is 9+ years. Remote-friendly from our Fort Worth HQ; FCA in New York has been supported continuously since 2021.
