Dallas Art Fair
Overview
In the heart of the downtown arts district, the Dallas Art Fair offers collectors, arts professionals, and the public the opportunity to engage with a rich selection of modern and contemporary artworks presented by leading national and international galleries. With design direction provided to us, our job was to bring the concept to life and extend it with an online ticketing platform, a customer relations manager, and a fully separate Exhibitor Portal purpose-built for the galleries themselves.
The Challenge
Build a public-facing marketing and ticketing site polished enough to represent one of the country's premier art fairs, while simultaneously delivering a separate, secure portal that lets 90+ exhibitors manage their own accounts, profiles, and online viewing rooms year-round.

Each year the Dallas Art Fair features exhibitors from across the globe. Every gallery is represented on the website, and each is issued credentials to log in and manage their own information from anywhere, which keeps the public-facing experience fresh and accurate without burdening the DAF team.
Exhibitor Portal
A dedicated portal for every gallery in the fair.
Beyond the public website, we built a fully separate Exhibitor Portal that gives each of the 90+ participating galleries a private space to manage their account, curate their profile, and operate their own online viewing room. Built on TanStack Router and TanStack Query with a React and TypeScript front end, a Vite build pipeline, and a MSSQL + Firebase back end, the portal handles authentication, profile editing, and viewing-room curation that puts exhibitors in control of their own presence year-round.
