Primarily our own internal work. Select Interactive ships production software on every agentic tool we recommend, so the case studies are firsthand accounts: the same workflow we use to build our clients' products. Client patterns are referenced where relevant, with identifying details removed.

Not required, but it accelerates the process. If you have not run a readiness assessment, the discovery call covers similar ground and the plan adjusts accordingly. For teams that have already done an assessment, the case study walk-through and gap analysis move faster.

Typically two to four weeks from the discovery call to the written handoff, depending on codebase size and stakeholder availability for the audit and gap analysis sessions.

Yes. The plan is written to be self-executable, so your team should be able to work through it without us in the room. We offer optional support retainers if you want us alongside during rollout, but it is not required.
