Select Interactive

Product Type

SaaS and product development: multi-tenant software your customers log into, and you own.

We build subscription products, member platforms, and registration systems: auth, billing, role-based access, and the admin console the operator needs. Not a native-app studio. Not a WordPress shop with a membership plugin.

Who This Is For

Who we build SaaS and product software for

  1. 01

Teams launching or rebuilding a multi-tenant product

Associations, programs, and subscriber products that need more than one customer organization on a shared codebase.

  2. 02

Operators who have outgrown a plugin membership layer

DCTF left WordPress. When entitlements, comps, and content gates start fighting the CMS, the product needs a real data model.

  3. 03

Products that need a public app and a staff console

Performance Course and SportsWriters both ship a customer path and an operator path. Most SaaS dies in the admin.

Not for

A marketing site with a Stripe button. That is ecommerce or web design, not a multi-tenant product.

What We Build

The product shape: tenants, plans, entitlements, and the operator console

Multi-tenant membership and entitlements

One platform, more than one brand or customer org, with gates that match how people actually pay and renew.

  • SportsWriters: one platform for three association brands.
  • Paid enrollment, recurring renewals, comps and gifts without breaking audit trails.
  • Gated articles and directories by entitlement. 2,500+ members.

Subscription and billing in the product, not beside it

Plans, credits, and content tiers live next to the account, not in a disconnected store.

  • DCTF: subscriber commerce and content tiers. Subscriptions grew 3× and revenue doubled in 12 months.
  • Performance Course: Braintree on long-lived accounts, payment plans, credits, and order history.

The operator console is part of the product

  • Performance Course staff: schools, rosters, payment-plan support, email and SMS (SendGrid, Twilio).
  • SportsWriters admin: rosters, expirations, manual adjustments.
  • DCTF: ad management the marketing team runs without a developer.

Auth, roles, and long-lived accounts

  • Firebase auth on SportsWriters and Performance Course.
  • Household and child profiles on Performance Course.
  • Organization-scoped access on SportsWriters.

Agent-ready handoff

The same discipline as Enterprise Web Development and the developers portal. The product is callable later, not retrofit.

  • OpenAPI on the public HTTP surface.
  • llms.txt and MCP where the product should be readable by agents.

Mobile web / PWA

Parents and members live on phones. We do not ship native iOS or Android apps.

  • Responsive web and Progressive Web App capabilities.
  • See Mobile web and responsive for the device-level offer.

How We Work

How a product engagement runs

Discovery starts with tenants, plans, and the operator’s daily jobs. Architecture before code.

Who logs in, what they can see, what they pay for, and what the operator does every morning. Written down before screens.

We design and prototype both. Most SaaS dies in the admin. The console is in scope from the start.

Iterative sprints. CI/CD, monitoring, and docs travel with the code, not as a last-week package.

A 5-year horizon. Performance Course is 10+ years of the same product evolving, and the code has been theirs the whole time.

SportsWriters is multi-org on one coordinated platform. We model tenancy when the product has more than one brand or customer org, not as a slogan.

Stripe and Braintree are both in production. Choice follows the product, not a default package.

Yes. No proprietary lock-in. You can hire any senior React engineer to extend it.

What does the customer log into, and what does your team log into?

A scoped technical conversation. Tenants, plans, gates, and the operator’s daily jobs. Not a pitch.
